During a recent weekend trip to Grand Teton National Park, my friend Jacob and I decided to make the short drive north to Yellowstone National Park. Old Faithful was our intended destination. The weather was terrible most of the weekend and the mountain pass between parks was closed the first day we were there. When the road finally cleared enough to drive through, we arrived just moments before an eruption. If you’ve never been to Yellowstone National park, it’s certainly worth the trip. My video doesn’t do this experience justice.
Have you ever been to Yellowstone National Park and seen Old Faithful erupt? If so, what did you think? What is bigger or smaller than you expected?
